This page contains information about the guidelines for using AAU’s cars.
AAU’s shared cars may be used by employees and students in connection with academic or work-related activities.
Before using the shared cars, you must clarify the needs with your manager, study counsellor or other academic/professional responsible person to ensure that driving is relevant and approved in the specific context.
Use of the scheme also requires compliance with the applicable terms and guidelines for the shared car scheme.
The cars may only be used for work- and study-related purposes that are directly connected to Aalborg University’s activities.
Private errands, transport of unauthorized persons, driving to and from a private residence and similar use are not permitted.
